I had a wonderful experience with LEGO Store, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, while purchasing the newly launched LEGO Technic Koenigsegg Sadair's Spear.
Unfortunately, the model went out of stock just before I could purchase it online. I contacted LEGO Store, Ghatkopar and I was genuinely happy when I came to know that the model was available with them (only two sets were left).
A special thanks to Mr. Dilip Pancholi, who stayed in touch with us throughout the ordering and delivery process and personally ensured that the set reached us safely and securely (Ahmedabad, Gujarat). His responsiveness and support were truly appreciated.
The packing was commendable — it was packed so securely and carefully that it took us almost 30 minutes to unpack it! 😄

What impressed me the most is that he arranged everything from Mumbai and made it possible to ship this rare LEGO set all the way to Kottayam. Finding this set wasn’t easy, and without his support, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get it.
