Firstly the customer experience is really good. Never was I forced to buy anything. Lakshay, working at the store, took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me around. He painstakingly also showed what all were the bestsellers and what suited my choices. He also showed a few models including a Daytona sp3. They also deliver to your home directly, which is a plus, given I had a flight to catch and could not take large sets.
Coming to the store itself, there is a very good selection of items. What interested me was the large collection of technic, icons and star wars sets. They also have a mini figure customiser (note: I did not use it). All around the store there are large models for decoration (think Spiderman and dinosaurs).
I recommended anyone going to the mall to drop by and explore the selections available! Fun experience overall.
