I like the store, staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, quick to jump in and help. Taking one star down for 2 reasons. The loyalty point scheme is really poor. I reviewed how many points I have after buying 7 sets in last 10 months for self and to gift. Quite disappointing.
I have also been extending the joy of Lego and gifting sets to friends, unfortunately i made a gift purchase on 18th April and again on 17 May. Gift wrapping service was not available on both these occasions as wrapping paper had run out. C’mon guys.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff is genuinely knowledgeable, courteous, and—refreshingly—don’t try to oversell.
A special mention to Sweety. I had asked her to keep me posted about a specific product’s availability and any discounts. She followed through perfectly—keeping me updated regularly, informing me as soon as the stock arrived, and again when it went on discount. Throughout, there was zero pressure to purchase.
